The Dark Knight Rises, Batman 3 filming in Jodhpur, India. The third blockbuster movie in the trilogy will be titled Batman The Dark Knight Rises. The film will be released June 6, 2012. Confirmed that Batman 3 will be taking pictures in Pittsburgh, and also in Jodhpur India.

The Dark Knight Rises still directed by Christopher Nolan, and will likely follow the successful of ‘Batman Begins’. Nolan completed the script with David S. Goyer, and scripting tasks entrusted to his brother, Jonathan. Unfortunately, according to Nolan that the "Joker" – played by Heath Ledger – will not take part in The Dark Knight Rises.

Some of the stars who will play a role in The Dark Knight Rises is Christian Bale (Bruce Wayne), Gary Oldman (Jim Gordon), Morgan Freeman (Lucius Fox) and Michael Caine (Alfred).

According to The Times of India, The Dark Knight Rises was filming for two days in Jodhpur, 6 and 7 May. They come with very little personnel, and Christian Bale has arrived in India on 4 or May 5.

After two days of shooting in India, the completion of The Dark Knight is expected to return to Pittsburgh for four to six weeks, and also rumored to be filming in New York City or London before Pittsburgh, because both cities have been mentioned as a shooting location for the film.

“The Beatles 1967-1970″ is at number 30 and followed by “The Beatles 1962-1966″ at number 40, the album is worth 149 U.S. dollars that puts the “Beatles Box Set” at number 42 and “Rubber Soul” at number 43.

ITunes, Apple, start selling Beatles music on 16 November, after years of tortuous negotiations between Apple Corps, the Beatles’ company, EMI Group, their record label, and Apple, maker of Macintosh computers, iPods, iPhone and iPad.

CSI: NY star Melina Kanakaredes is leaving the veteran CBS crime drama after 6 seasons. I hear her contract was up and she was approached by CBS and CBS TV Studios with a new deal but opted to move on. I also hear another TV series veteran, Once and Again star Sela Ward, is being seriously considered as a possible replacements to star opposite Gary Sinise on CSI:NY’s upcoming 7th season. After a six-year run in the Wednesday 10 PM slot, CSI: NY is being relocated to Fridays where it will air at 9PM this fall. According to deadline.com

Meanwhile, another TV series vet, Sela Ward, known for her role on “Once and Again,” is already reportedly in talks to replace Kanakaredes on the show.

This news comes after a recent string of actors were released from other CBS crime dramas.  A.J. Cook, Liz Vassey, and Eddie Cibrian were all let go from their roles on “Criminal Minds”, “CSI”, and “CSI: Miami,” respectively.

“CSI: NY” will be moving to Friday nights at 8 p.m. CDT, starting this fall.

It seems that Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer appears to give up “fighting” the actress in court. Shawn Chapman Holley has resigned as a lawyer of Lindsay Lohan. Lohan must now find a new lawyer.

The two lawyers mentioned replacing Holley, one of them called the lawyer who represented OJ Simpson in the criminal cases he faced.

LA Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore, said as quoted by People tha famous lawyer Tiffany Feder-Cohen called and introduced herself as the new Lohan’s attorney. However, when confirmed, was denied that the attorney is hired by the 24-year-old star.

Last week, the LA court decided Lohan face 90 days in jail. It assumes that she feels the decision does not fit because she claimed to have done everything the court ordered DUI-related cases that she experience in 2007.

Beverly Hills – The judge in California, Tuesday (6 / 7) local time, reward Lindsay Lohan 90-days jail sentence. Lohan is considered violating her parole imposed in 2007 on charges of driving while intoxicated.

Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel reward Lohan, 24, violated probation with seven absences in an alcohol education class which is previously ordered by the court. The judge ordered Lohan to surrender to authorities and begin serving her sentence starting July 20.

When the verdict read, Lohan was crying in court. If she’s already serving the sentence in jail, Lohan also had to enter a rehabilitation program.

According to TMZ, Cheryl Marshall (the class owner) which Lohan is supposed to attend once a week said that the program violated several times with her absences in class. Marshall told the judge that Lohan absent nine times.

TMZ also proclaim Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, wrote a letter asking the judge to ensure Lohan taking drugs that should be consumed. The letter was cancelled read in court. However, the judge reportedly has been holding the letter. Michael wrote the letter because he knew the judge could punish Lohan with imprisonment.

Lohan is an actress, model, and singer. She began her career when she appeared in the The Parent Trap movies at the age of 11. She also continued to build her career by appearing in several films such as Freaky Friday and Mean Girls.
