LOS ANGELES – Mel Gibson’s Lawyer blamed his client’s ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva had fabricated the story about Gibson’s horrible, because of the remorse to have signed a custody agreement.

Said Mel Gibson’s attorney, Stephen Kolodny told TMZ. Last Monday, it was revealed Oksana came to court and ask for court orders to stay Mel Gibson away from her and her eight months old child, Lucia.

Kolodny said, with changes in the court order, the court rejected the argument that Oksana said that the child is in danger and renew their custody agreement over Lucia. “Oksana’s efforts to cut off Mel’s access for their child will continue,” says Kolodny.

Sources that close to Oksana revealed, Mel was a “very cruel” and could pose a threat to Oksana and her baby.

According to Kolodny create sensational news will not solve the problem of their custody. Resolutions can only be done in court.

Kolodny revealed some time ago they managed to get a good deal in custody. Mel Gibson was able to stay overnight and the infinite visit. This made Mel, has 50 percent custody of Lucia.
